Vanishing Vistas presents the debut solo exhibition of Maltese artist Maris Zammit, whose watercolours capture the fragile beauty of Malta’s landscapes, architecture, and coastal environments.

Having turned to painting after a career in motor racing, Zammit approaches her subjects with heightened attention and care. Her works document scenes that are increasingly under threat, from traditional rural settings to historic urban corners and coastal sites shaped by time and development.

Executed with meticulous detail and sensitivity to light, these paintings are both acts of observation and quiet preservation, offering viewers a moment to reflect on what is at risk of disappearing.
